DON’T BUY THIS APPLE PRODUCT. I am finally writing this after getting frustrated with this product and apple services. I purchased the newly launched ipad 10th generation in November 2023. It’s touch ID stopped working in April 2024. The service centre said it’s a hardware issue but they’ll replace as it was under one year warranty. Today i.e. 7th March 2025 , the newly replaced ipad (as it’s not been even a year) went on a revival mode and the service centre said – it’s a hardware issue that is beyond any repair. So now what am I supposed to do? I have two options – 1. Keep a dead ipad in my showcase 2. Spend 31k more and get the same model ipad from the service centre (I’m now afraid it will also have the same fate and it seems like a loop).
IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET HARASSED BY THESE NEWER VERSIONS OF APPLE, PLEASE AVOID. TRY OUT OTHER SIMPLER PRODUCTS INSTEAD. (At least they’ll not ditch you on a random day)

Great overall feel. I replaced my old iPad Pro with this 10th Gen 2022. The screen seems to gets fewer finger print smudges. Relocation of camera to landscape centre and speakers to both sides are good ideas. The magnet to hold pencil should have been more powerful.
