I just installed one app(adobe reader) amongst the recommended app and device started heating up near to rear camera.
Amazon CCR mentioned I need to contact manufacturer and provided Lenovo CCR number is too busy.. till date I am unable to contact them. look-wise, the device is slim and beautiful, but poor performance.

This is a budget and work tab at best, the performance is for minimal studying and office tasks. You can use it for more but not extensive tasks. It’s good gift but will lag extemely on demanding tasks better get a mid range mobile for demanding tasks instead.

M11 is one of the basic and worthy product. It gives immense features for entertainment as in picture quality is satisfactory, sound is good, Battery performance seems fair as it charging time is less and usage is satisfactory. If you want to use it for heavy games or software opt for higher RAM than 8GB. 4GB is enough for entertainment purpose.

A big thanks to the customer care team. I ordered a Lenovo Tab on 13th July coupled with exchange offer during the sale of 12-14 July 2025.
The delivery team has been updating false status that I was unavailable for delivery. Finally the delivery team decided for themselves without the customer involvement to return the product.
As I constantly updated to the customer care team once every 4 hours on an average for 3 days, this mischief of the delivery team that has happened to me for the 6th product, the customer care team took the initiative to pay me the difference amount compared to the sale time price if order the same product again.
Based on the difference amount assurance from the customer care team’s mail, I again placed the order for the same product Lenovo Tab with exchage on 16th July.
Because of the continuous pressure and escalations from the customer care team, the delivery team could not escape this time with the lame and false excuses and had to deliver this order the same day 16th July.
Thanks 👍 👍 👍 a ton again for the customer care team for their customer service.
Three thumbs down 👎👎👎 to the delivery team for regularly wasting my time for the orders coupled with exchange. Only the force from the customer care team made the delivery team to deliver the product this time.
