I order lenova tab on 28th August 2024 and received on 6th September 2024 evening. But tab condition is not working and I want to place replacement but amazon executive said that no replacement from our side only service centre replacement only our replacement or return policy has been change
But service centre is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It is too far from my house also and I travelled to the service centre on Monday and tell that issue im facing with this tab. That service centre staff said that no replacement for my product because I place order on 28th August 2024 they counted 7days from that date. But my order delivered on 6th september 2024 who should count date from place order. They simple said that we are not responsible for go and ask amazon simply escaped
So, please dont order electronics on amazon. If you got a damage one replacement or return the product is highly difficult

It is a worst product I ever receive online. Display is trash, charging was not happening, and the Main problem is I’ll get the used product which already used by someone else and storage is not existing in this product and the last thing is coustomer service is below low they do not guide properly and literally it is the worst coustomer service that I’ll receive it has been 4 days since they promise to provide support worst services.

I received a damaged tablet. The camera lens is damaged and the back panel has mark is which seems to be a burnt mark or some chemical reaction! Surprisingly the outer packaging and the product box are in good shape which means either the seller or the manufacturer knew about the damage. Yet it was delivered. It is sellers responsibility to check the product before shipping!

One of the best features is the auto sleep/wake function—it responds instantly whenever I open or close the cover, which helps conserve battery life. I also appreciate the adjustable stand, allowing me to switch between different viewing angles, whether I’m watching videos or typing.
However, I would have preferred a slightly softer interior to protect the screen better when closed. Overall, this is a solid cover that enhances the tablet’s usability while keeping it well-protected.
