Screen touch slow , charging,slow , internet connection is going so slow ,I’m bit disappointed ,, want to return it’s , doesn’t work properly,, can’t use constantly maximum 2 hours

Not recommended at all. Don’t buy this product. Faced many issues. Battery problem, hanging and space also not good into it. Malfunctioning. Terrible product. 6k money waste for me. I don’t know why they are giving over rating for this deflective product. Recent users also facing so many issue on this product. Amazon should take necessary action to service this product or do refund or replacement to some other good working condition product.

First of all I thank myself for surfing a month for good tab and find this lenovo 4. I choose the tab for specifications like big screen, long lasting battery , no heat, good touch quality, extended ROM and. High ram.. etc.. while searching according to it I got lenovo filling this specification at reasonable cost.. tab at cost of 3k to 8k will go fast as they comes fast. But this it fills all my specifications and I’m extremely happy and fulfilled… I’m using it for 6 month… It works awesome..
It supports keyboard which they provided externally with tab cover( exclusive)
Battery power ( you can watch 3 complete movies duration of 3 hours in full sound and medium brightness)
Even if I switch on the network and use data also it lasts upto 16hours … If I leave my tab untouched for few days it takes 8-10 days to drain battery completely..
It is fast.. touch quality is gud hard and durable, light weight..
I’m preparing for upsc it supports me to hold all the books in it..
Nowadays I’m just taking this tab alone to class and even notes are taken in this..
Extremely satisfied and overjoyed that my first tab is my best tab in my life…
Pls take my suggestion to buy it…

Camera quality is bad. You won’t be able to take video calls, that bad camera.On the heavier side, we expect tab easy to carry and hold. Only 16 gb internal storage. You have a better alternative with Samsung Tab at the same price.
Screen size is good. Screen resolution is OK. Sound is OK. Performance is OK till now,
have not bloatedmuch with apps as only use for checking emails and office work and prime videos, no gaming. Nothing great about the product.

1. Dolby atmos does a ‘sound’ job. The tab received an Android 8 update amd I suggest you go for it if you want an enhanced Dolby experience
2. 2gb ram…well, you know the limits
3. Display is quite astonoshing for a 800p resolution. Never suffered eye strain while reading
4. 7000mAh battery…you can stream hd videos on YouTube with Wifi (not 4G as it drains battery faster) at 50% display brightness for 6+ hrs and the battery drops to 20% from 100%
5. Always prefer Wifi over 4G. It does save battery 50% more
6. Couldn’t have expected better for a 5 MP camera
7. This tab is a book, not a notebook. So don’t even think of playing games
8. The grip is good but installing flip cover is upto your choice
9. Display is fragile and I suggest you protect it with the suggested temepered glass
10. I wouldn’t call it Bang for the buck but this tab is Double Ok at this price.

I’m satisfied with this product…. It’s a very good tablet in such a low price… The Dolby sound effect is awesome… The display and touch screen is also well.. But as the RAM is not enough (2GB) the gameing experience is not so smooth..The tablet has no calling option but you can use WhatsApp in it and also can have all the facility like phone (except calling)… It’s very good for reading e books because the display screen is very big…. Overall the product is very good you should obviously try this product…👌

I am writing to express my concern regarding an Android tablet ([Lenovo4 10]) I purchased, Unfortunately, the device does not meet the expected functionality, and I am unable to exercise the return or replacement option as advertised. Upon setting up the tablet, I discovered that the pre-installed YouTube application is outdated and cannot be updated. When I attempted to update it via the Google Play Store, I received a message stating, “No update available for this version.” This indicates that the tablet may have an incompatible or unsupported software version, rendering it unsuitable for my needs. Additionally, when I checked the return or replacement options on your website, I found that these were unavailable, which is concerning given the product’s issue. I have already tried troubleshooting the problem by [list actions, e.g., restarting the device, checking for system updates, or contacting Google Play support], but the issue persists. As a customer, I expect a fully functional product or, at the very least, the option to return or replace a defective item. I kindly request one of the following resolutions:
A full refund for the tablet.
A replacement with a fully updated and functional device.
A solution to update the YouTube application and ensure compatibility with the latest software. Please address this issue promptly and provide a response within your return/replacement policy from the date of this complaint.
