Horrible is the word. The product is faulty and they had just return option and not replacement.
The words in amazon is become more tricky and use in favour of them instead of customers.
I purchased via EMI and ended up paying the processing fees whereas the product was returned.
My experience with e-reader was ruined by AMAZON.
Pathetic customer service. Rishikha and Sarosh were of no use in providing a sensible solution.
I requested for Manager escalation but doesn’t seem like the call was put to a manager instead seemed to be handled by mutliple Customer rep. this is pure unprofessional behaviour.
i will not date to order any product above 1000 bucks, since amazon is not the platform to trust and place orders for high valued product.

This is not exactly a review of the product but a review of the unethical conduct by the seller. Earlier this item was described as Clara colour with cobalt blue cover bundle. However, the item supplied didn’t have any cover. When I check now, the item with cover bundle has been priced higher. I felt disgusted and returned the

I decided with some trepidation to try Kobo rather than buying my 8th Kindle. I was annoyed by all the ads on Kindle. I’m very happy with my decision for several reasons. It’s a great device. I can see the cover of my book instead of ads. The brightness interface is much more convenient than Kindle. It’s easier to get to your library, so it’s much easier to switch between 2 books. It’s also easier to get to the store and back to your book.
Showing the cover instead of ads is really nice. I can finally remember the title of the book I’m reading!
It’s also much simpler to read samples. You don’t have to download the samples, you just click ‘read sample’.
The first book I searched (Battle of the Beams) wasn’t available for me on Kindle, but it’s available on Kobo.
On the downside I can’t read my Kindle books, obviously and I think I prefer the Kindle font. The kindle was also a bit lighter.

I have been using ereaders since they first came out, and I have a collection of Kindles and Kobos. I had fairly low expectations for the Clara colour, given the price and some reviews complaining about the washed out colours and the hazy text. I must say I am really surprised at how good the display is for both colours and text! Seeing your book covers in colour, and being able to highlight in different colours is fantastic, and really adds to the ereading experience for me. I had trouble deciding between the Clara and the larger Libra, but I am glad I chose the Clara. I really like the smaller, lighter size which makes it easy to hold and read on. I also really like the minimalist design, with only the charging port and the recessed power button on the back. The texturized lower back and lower part on the front feel comfortable and pleasant. Great job Kobo!

Decided to purchase the Clara Colour because wanting to enjoy cookbooks with a bit of colour. While the addition of color is nice, it’s not nearly enough to make up for the fuzziness of the text. At any size or brightness, the text looks fuzzy. My eyes began to strain after a few pages of reading. Sent it back.
Note: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUEPROTON. The return address is a PO Box. As such it cost $35 to return this thing. Whatever other charges relating to the return are not made transparent. All around most disappointing, subpar Amazon purchase experience I’ve had.

Not worth the money. It has lag issues, touch is slow and screen is small. Can get a good tab at this price range.

Its a lightweight ereader.
Compared to pure bw screens, the screen is a bit darkish. But you will get used to it fast.
UI is excellent.
There is auto brightness available.
Except for the lack of 3rd party accessories, everything else looks good.

5/5 ! la batterie tient DES SEMAINES sans recharge (si on est en basse luminosité), l’écran est bcp plus fluide et réactif que celui de la kindle, il est très facile d’y télécharger des Ebooks, la lecture de manga est bonne aussi avec cet écran ! le fait qu’elle rentre dans la poche ou un petit sac a main m’a fait faire de la lecture une habitude que je n’avais pas avant c’est un plaisir
