Aniket Prasad –
I recently purchased the TRIBIT StormBox Flow Bluetooth speaker, and I must say I’m thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is outstanding for its size, delivering crisp highs and deep lows with excellent clarity. Whether I’m listening to my favorite tunes indoors or outdoors, the audio is rich and immersive.
One of the standout features of this speaker is its portability. It’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to take with me on hikes, picnics, or even just around the house. The rugged design gives me peace of mind knowing it can withstand a few bumps and splashes along the way.
The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, allowing me to pair it with my devices quickly and easily. The battery life is impressive too, providing hours of uninterrupted playback on a single charge.
Overall, the TRIBIT StormBox Flow is a fantastic Bluetooth speaker that exceeds expectations in both sound quality and portability. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a reliable and versatile speaker.

I got it for Rs 5.5k during the republic day sale. I also have a Bose Soundlink Color which costs double of this but Tribit can almost compete at the same level when it comes to the overall product. But if you are the kind of user who likes to just switch on and play songs without the hassle of equalising or fiddling with settings, it may not be for you. I’d say go for Bose or JBL or other Tribit models.
– The speaker is heavy and has a great battery life. I have to only charge it once a week (with 20% remaining) if I use it for 3-4 hours everyday. Supports reverse charging over 50% battery life.
– I was not impressed by the native equalization. It is quite bad at low volumes. Firmware upgrades have improved it but I prefer a custom one. You will end up using different equalisers for some genres, especially if you listen to hard rock and metal. The lack of a well-balanced equalizer is the biggest drawback and the most frustrating part of it.
– The clarity is quite amazing even at higher volume levels. With custom equalization, I have been able to get a better sound staging and some volume boost. Turn on the AAC mode as well!
– The Xbass mode is usable but it comes at the cost of both sound presence and volume. I don’t prefer too much bass. I like a balanced sound with a lot of sound differentiation.
– The connectivity and range is good. I didn’t personally observe any sound lag issue while watching movies or videos. Make sure you’re upgraded to the latest firmware version.
– The build is also quite strong. I accidentally dropped it from a high height but apart from a few minor scratches, neither the sound or the speaker body has been affected.
– Great for listening to most of the genres. Not that great for hard rock and metal (but can be if you equalise it well).
Here is a custom equalization that one gentleman had suggested (thanks a lot to them) in one of the global reviews that worked best for me. It has unlocked the speaker’s potential and elevated the sound quality by manifolds (at upto 70% volume):
80 Hz +7 db
150 Hz +4 db
300 Hz +3 db
600 Hz +2 db
1.2k Hz +2 db
2.5k Hz +3 db
5k Hz +8 db
9k Hz +7 db
13k Hz +8 db

O produto correspondeu às expectativas. O pedido chegou dentro do prazo. A qualidade de som é surpreendente, muito bom mesmo. A duração da bateria é incrível, dura por dias, já que costumo escutar em diversos momentos do dia. Estou muito satisfeito.

I did a test of a stereo pair of these against a stereo pair of Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd gen), and they are genuinely very very good.
I am not an audio expert by any means, but I am a music lover. My goal was a stereo pair of bluethooths with an emphasis on quality over loudness. I did not want a single stereo “boombox” or similar because I want to spread them far apart in the room to create a “soundscape.”
In researching, I narrowed my options to this product, Bose SoundLink Flex and Soundcore Motion+. (The Soundcore has not yet arrived. I may or may not edit this review to include info about that comparison too.) Note that cost is a major factor, and when I bought these, they were exactly half the price of the USED Bose speakers you see pictured here.
Sound quality:
Bose have it, which is not surprising. What is surprising is that occasionally, the Tribits sounded better than the Bose. Complex mids and highs sound muddier on these than the Bose, but when it was simple or bassy, these were often as good as and sometimes better. Believe me though, comparisons aside these sound objectively good, especially for the price.
Battery:
I am not about to test claims, but in my limited testing, it appears battery claims are accurate on both products, which means the Tribit speakers last more than twice as long on a single charge. That said, 12 hours on the Bose is more than enough for me. If these had less capacity, they may weigh less, which would not be a bad thing.
Usability:
The app does not make you share all your personal details before you can use it fully, which is always nice, and it was intuitive and easy to use.
I want to say that Tribit have done a good job on the stereo mode functionality. Pairing them together is easy, and they remember that they were paired when you turn them on again, which is a nice touch. Another nice touch is that when you turn one off in stereo mode, they both go off. The Bose don’t do this, which feels like an oversight. I appreciate thoughtful touches, and I found myself pleased a number of times with the Tribits.
Looks:
They don’t turn heads. The Bose look nice and come in attractive colours. These are drab and grey and boring, but hey, they’re not art, they’re just some speakers.
Conclusion:
The cost makes these utterly compelling. If you cannot justify $200-300+ to spend on a pair of Bose, but these are in your budget, go for it! You will not be disappointed. They are undeniably good value. Well-made, functional, solid, well-packaged even.

The Tribit StormBox Flow is a compact, durable and good looking portable speaker with good sound and deep bass. Although it is a mono speaker it sounds very good for it’s size, The default sound signature doesn’t give enough attention to the highs and feels a little distorted at higher volumes and it loses bass at higher volumes, but with some tweak in the equalizer it sounds great. In addition, it offers great battery life, super durable build, IP67 water and dust resistance, multipoint connection, easy TWS functionality and app support.
Overall It is a powerful speaker for under ₹4,000.

The Tribit StormBox Flow delivers impressive sound quality and durability for its price.
Pros:
Powerful Bass: Despite its compact size, the StormBox Flow produces deep, rich bass that is perfect for genres like hip-hop and electronic music.
Long Battery Life: With up to 30 hours of playtime, this speaker can keep the party going all day long.
Waterproof and Dustproof
Speakerphone Functionality
Easy to Use: The tactile buttons and simple controls make it user-friendly.
Cons:
In-App EQ: The equalizer settings in the companion app are not very intuitive and could be improved.
Weight: It’s a bit heavier compared to some other portable speakers, which might be a consideration if you plan to carry it around a lot.
Overall Verdict:
The Tribit StormBox Flow is a solid choice for those looking for a durable, budget-friendly Bluetooth speaker with good bass and long battery life. While it has some areas for improvement, it offers great value for the price. It performs very close to the Bose equivalent at a fraction of the price.

A good speaker overall,
Some pros are–
very clear sound, the depth in the bass is just incomparable, it even acts as a charger and charges upto its 50% battery, Very good battery backup, 3 EQ modes(normal, xbass, audiobook mode)
Pros–
Sometimes bass eats up the overall sound(it’s that heavy)
Very bulky considering as a portable Bluetooth speaker
Megan E. –
El sonido es genial y se conecta por BT muy portátil y la batería es muy duradera.
Aniket Prasad –
Loved the bass on these,
Battery backup is phenomenal 30hrs
Overall sound quality is amazing with distortion on higher volumes. But you won’t be playing at full volume, it’s loud.
still the Best Bluetooth speaker under 5k

Divyansh –
Good sound, durable, and decent battery life.
