I initially had high hopes for the Wzatco Alpha X projector. For the first six months, it performed admirably, delivering clear visuals and vibrant colors. The brightness and picture quality met my expectations for its price range, making it a solid choice for home entertainment.
However, after six months of use, the projector developed a persistent yellow tint in the center of the screen. This issue significantly affects the viewing experience, making it nearly impossible to enjoy movies or presentations.
The real disappointment, however, is Wzatco’s customer support. I tried reaching out through multiple channels:
1. Sent several emails but received no proper response.
2. Submitted a service request through their website, but it went unanswered.
3. Attempted to call the number listed on their website, yet no one picked up.
The lack of support from the company is unacceptable, leaving me with a defective product and no resolution. While the projector worked well initially, this experience highlights significant concerns about both product durability and after-sales service.
Rating: ⭐ (1/5)
Pros: Good performance for the first six months.
Cons: Severe yellow tint issue, poor durability, and abysmal customer support.
I cannot recommend this product or brand based on my experience.

I have been researching to buy a projector for 2-3 months…this is my first purchase of a projector and i have never tried any models… But after viewing so many review videos i have understood that there is no point spending lots on these budget projectors as they all would be the same, only difference in terms of picture quality is brightness and that too marginal. I was confused between two models wanbo x2 max and wzatco alpha x… The only differentiator which made me purchase this one was Bluetooth remote (u dont have to point it to the unit to operate like in infrared ones). In sample video im projecting it on the wall and for sound i have connected my yamaha home theatre through bluetooth. The inbuilt speakers are average as i have a quite open living room..but i think it should sound good in enclosed room till12x12 sq ft

1.Bluetooth remote is a main plus point
2.Auto focus, obstacle avoidance works fine u dont have to set up screen.
3.Good built quality and light and compact
4. I am getting dolby digital plus if connected to home theatre system through arc
Cons:
1.No height angle adjustment screw or bracket on the unit
2. I found it to be bit noisy but u can’t make out while playing
3. Lens cap should have been provided since it’s not an enclosed engine design.
4. Navigation and settings buttons not available on unit so u have to rely on remote
5. Noticed corner blurs which are noticable in texts… While watching videos u won’t notice
