U am sorry to say xiomi redmi should have done proper quality check before deliver. I got this Redmi 14c 5g mobile on25. 02.2025.
1) Display problem was there, on 03.03.2025 went to xiomi service centre in Rajajinagar Bangalore, for display problem and automatic call recording problem. In centre they told, today service technician is not there come tomorrow.
2) call toll free xiomi cal centre, they told update software, after that, display is ok
But for automatic call recording, told me to visit service centre. But in service centre today told automatic call recording facility is not there in this mobile.
SO WAT SHALL I DO NOW FOR THIS CALL RECORDING PROBLEM. CAN AMAZON SOLVE MY THIS AUTOMATIC CALL RECORDING PROBLEM.
literally today I am fedup with redimi 14 c 5g mobile problem.
Why don’t supplier do thorougly complete quality check before handing over to AMAZON.
