Unhappy with Amazon.This is 2nd time it seems not rcvd a genuine/original Samsung phone.
Phone voice output is poor,when we do speaker
on,we cn hear faintly frm person on other side.
Not much sound/sometimes null sound in car,
in traffic & in large open spaces.Many a time we do get duplicate/not genuine phones online,plz
note.Wht to return for refund so tht i cn again buy a new Samsung phone new but genuine Samsung phone frm Amazon.Also battery
drains v.fast after 3-4 days of purchase.Network connectivity poor even though it says it’s 5G phone- Dr Jay Masrani(Amazon Prime member

To be honest, I found no issues in this mobile. There are no heating and battery issues at all. Sound Quality is superb . Speed is also good. Comes with fast charger.

I am using it for last one week. Camera results are average, I bought this particularly because it has OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), still I have not noticed specific benefit of this feature.
A23 does not have IR blaster, so it cannot be used as remote for TV, a/c etc.
