Great quality. I love the packaging and we can feel the quality of each and every part. Reclining and foot rest is good. Overall the product is very nice and it was also easy to assemble. I have used 2 chairs before it was not good in terms of quality but I like katana much

The main reason for buying this ergonomic chair was to take care of my lower back, upper back and neck pin while working.. I was in a pathetic condition not able to work forore than 20 min sitting in front of laptop..
About the product:
I found the product very heavy to carry from my hall to my drawing room where I have my laptop, but it’s worth the effort, its very rigid giving me confidence to lean back on such a rigid and strong chair…
The neck rest is awesome with its softness.. the adjustable lever is also rigid to hold on to a position strongly… The adjustable hand rests have higher range of heights compared to other office chairs I sat on giving us the flexibility of using it against variable table heights – I had a specific requirement to have these hand rests at the same level of the table to take care of my lat pain while holding my mouse for a long time as suggested by my physiotherapist… The extra cushion that takes care of resting the curved part of our lower back serves it’s purpose…
Overall a happy customer #me feeling satisfied with the product and choice I made…

Value for money. My father wanted a chair to comfortably sir and do his work. The traditional wooden chair with cushion was giving him back pains and long hours was cutting off blood circulation at under thigh area. After using this chair he feels much more relaxed and no lower back pain. Good under thigh support also. Happy with the purchase.
