Got the chair for 9k on sale and at this price i must say it’s totally worth it. The comfort and cushion quality is on another level and packaging was really great. I bought it for work from home setup and for gaming of course. The product was delivered late but apart from that, chair was received in a good condition.

The chair is quite big compared to others in same segment. Plus it is very sturdy and great for work or entertainment as the back can be adjust to greater degree. Assembly is a bit of headache if you are single person doing it. Some of the bolts needs to be tightened everyfew weeks as they get loose in my case.

The support and the built quality is very good, though the hand rest could be made better without using a plastic material. Overall the chair is absolutely worth buying as it gives a very good back and thigh support and the hand rest movements ease for gaming purpose.

One Major Issue is Iske neck rest ko me 1/10 rate krunga. Neck rest koi kaam ka nhi h.. 1hr sitting ke baad v neck bhut pain krega..

Delivered on time and good package.
Assembled in almost 1 hr. But one screw thread was damaged.
Comfort is average. Not so soft. Headrest is not adjustable. So for short people its not a good choice. Back swinging action is very short. Tried adjusting the screw.no use.
So overall impression is, good for 1 ~ 2 hrs sitting.
