A white printer was sent to me and at the time of replacement the courier man didnot accept the faulty printer saying it’s showing black in the photo. –
The media could not be loaded.
The printer is not working and I asked for a replacement and when the courier man came he didn’t accept saying that the color is black in the picture whereas the company delivered a white printer. I have attached the video of the same for your reference

It is good for label printing.

Don’t buy this printer firstly they will sent white printer instead of black and the printer even not working.
And there is no support from Amazon and seller for troubleshooting the problem.

I have recently buying this item its not working properly and the swash vustomer care is worst they are not respond properly very stuppid thermal printer customer care plz dont buy this product
