The Norton antivirus has provided excellent security for my laptop. my laptop had a virus and the anti-virus cleared it completely after I used it for the first time. Have used other anti-viruses as well but this is much better than others like McAfee etc. will continue to use it now.

I have been using Norton 360 standard since past three years. I Picked this one since it has all the features of 360 standard except parental controls which is not really necessary and VPN which norton has discontinued in India due to some Government regulations.

This is just crap, slows down system and most of the applications start taking more than 5 minutes to start. I have an I3 laptop and it made it look like a celeron. Have uninstalled it and have enabled the windows security which is more than enough. Also it will bug you again and again to start storing passwords in it’s cloud and this is tough to navigate. I would not recommend this rather go with any other protection.

This Norton Antivirus plus is one of the good s/w in this price range. I’ve used it for windows Vista Home OS for my old laptop.
This is working nicely with some limitations. As there’s no support for Google Chrome updates for windows Vista, some secured web search option is not possible without Chrome updates.
However, it does basic security check function.
