luckily got genuine product from the seller because seal of the packet was broken.Otherwise everything was ok.There was no DVD inside the packet,only- product key for desktop or laptop,product key for android mobile and few documentation for installation.
Amazon Customer –
The product key supplied in the box does not accepted by QH authority for up gradation.
So, purchasing this item is useless for me.

I purchase this official version last month & it is working good . Able to detect most of virus of pendrive & remove/neutralize without any data lose.
If you are torrent user , it is necessary to have such official license antivirus . Because you don’t know what is coming to your system .
If you are normal user doing only facebook , gmail & you tube through your internet .It will be unnecessary expensive for you .

It’s the ultimate anti-virus & anti-malware software with PC optimizer. No need to format PC on your own or through a hardware engineer if you buy this one. It will guarantee hassle free PC use for 3 years. It’s very useful for average PC users who know nothing about computer programming so they can’t remove virus, malware, trojans & adwares manually. Previously I had bought Kaspersky internet security 1 pc, 3years for 1 user through amazon, but that was a bogus software as it can only detect threats but can’t do anything about them & sends message explicitly stating it, as if I had bought that software only to know that there are threats. I had to format my PC several times when using Kaspersky & that’s a very troublesome & tiresome process. Now, I’m tension-free for 3 years. Worth to pay the cost.
