It’s amazing. But unable to get help from seller. Once we uninstall it, again installing time it’s asking for code which they did not provide us permanently

I read many of the previous users comments but decided this might be worth a try. The product arrived promptly and was as described. The installation was stright forward and worked well with my Creative products. The documentation was thin but I was able to download the updates. I have not used all of the features but there is a lot of potential and the software can handle my need to record and convert “.wav” files. The library had a lot of wav files but had to be downloaded one-at-a-time which was painful. The fidelity was great. I also used the software to record and composite wav files for my security systems. Overall a good product for the price.

I guess you have to buy a manual if you want one. Had to go through several upgrade/registering pages to activate. Went to several web sites to try to locate a manual. No such luck. The program seems to be OK and workable. I guess it’s OJT if you have any problems.

I was using this to copy old cassette tapes to digital format. It worked fine.
