This device did not support 5G SIMS of Jio and Airtel. Seller not checked whether device support Indian 5G SIMS or not. Even Accer didnot checked this device on Indian 5G SIMS. Total misleading and inaccurate information of device is available. By this device seller cheat customers.
This device give the same speed of 4G as my mobile give to me. So worst investment In this device . Worst product. Even seller not support refund of amount. Later a complaint is raised with customer care support. They said that they inform seller and me and initiate refund of my amount . Still awaited…….

The device has a poor signal reception only supports NR mode in 5G so the speeds are slower than a entry level 5G phone. The sim tray and ejection is flimsy and you will have issues opening it. I had issues multiple times trying to eject the sim and sometimes had to use a plier
Thats just not all. Acer falsely advertises that it has VPN and USB tethering for mac. Both of them are broken are don’t work at all. You will find there complaints on acer support forums but nobody has fixed them yet.
You don’t even have basic router functions like changing subnets, port forwarding,UPnP or even the ability to change the DNS servers. Also no facility to get SMS.
This device should be delisted from here

This product is no doubt awesome. Highly recommend for those who used travel frequently across world, because it comes with an eSIM Internet service. But in India 5G support is only with Airtel network for this device as of now. With Jio no 5G support as of now, hope it will also be enabled in near future.

It is well built and elegant product. User friendly GUI and easy to install and operate.

A perfect 5G kit with huge battery. Size is equal to a 2 TB hard disk. Jio 5G works perfect. I got it at reasonable price during sale. I even purchased a storage box for this tech gadget seperately Recommend charger : 5v-3amp (15 watt charger). Easy to setup
[UPdate] : for those who are complaining, Here is tip: make sure you have to use your Jio sim in 5G mobile model once and use internet for 5-10 minutes on 5G network, also you can try installing MyJio app and login with same mobile number. Then in Jio app, you should be able to see “True5G” besides you mobile number. Congrats 👏. Now you can remove you sim from you mobile and put it in Acer Dongle, and you should able to see 5G network

This 5G SIM rmobile outer is surprisingly portable in with battery backup, easily fitting in your pocket. It feels sturdy and well-built.
Network Compatibility
Works seamlessly with Airtel 5G/4G, Vi 4G, and Jio 5G/4G. Despite other reviews, I had no issues connecting to Jio 5G NR (see picture), though signal strength was slightly weaker indoors compared to a phone.
WiFi 6 & Battery Life
Dual-band WiFi 6 is a plus, with separate passwords for each frequency. It handles up to 16 connected devices well. Battery life is decent for normal use, but drains faster with heavy 5GHz usage or high data transfers. Did not find any noticeable heating issue but it does get warm on prolonged usage esp with several devices connected to it or doing extensive cellular data transfer.
Management & Value
The web portal for device management is convenient. However, for the price, a dual-SIM 5G phone might offer better value with voice, SMS, and hotspot capabilities (and much more) but this portable 5G SIM router does have its place for certain scenarios.
Overall
Great for portable 5G connectivity, but signal strength and battery life could be improved for Jio 5G. Considering the price, a 5G phone might be a more versatile option.
Rating: 4/5 (Lowered due to Jio 5G signal reception. Will update after further testing in different locations.)

Also klare Kaufempfehlung

FAZIT:
+ Robust
+ extrem großer Akku
+ SIM Karten Slot & eSIM option
+ WiFi Verbindung über QR Code
+ 5G
– spartanisches Menü
– wenig Funktionalität
– eSIM ist auf einen Anbieter begrenzt
– einlegen der physischen SIM Karte “fummelig”

The media could not be loaded.
Pros:
Rare network drop
Good internet speed
Works with Airtel sim(Used airtel only so far)
Cons:
Battery backup isn’t that good (3-5 Hr backup) but works with power bank
Inbuild Simo(eSim) is quite expensive and can’t be replaced with normal eSim(No option provided)

E se scalda troppo va in stand by.
L’interfaccia web è stata sviluppata dai piccioni: quasi inutile e mal fatta.
Pro:
Prende bene, molto bene.

Airtel sims are working perfectly. You will get 5G at very good speeds. Atleast better than Airtel 5G mifi which is limited to 150mbps speed. Jio 5G won’t work. You will get very good 4G speed but still that speed is far below from what this device can offer in 5G speeds.
Simo service – Not recommended in India, as their data prices are exorbitant as far as domestic data is concerned. But when it comes to international data plans, they are amongst the cheapest one in the market. I haven’t went abroad yet with the device but soon planning to go and then only shall be able to see it’s speed while roaming.
Battery life – I literally forget to reacharge it when I am in office. Battery runs 20 to 22 hours.
