I have spoke to customer care regarding my acer wireless keyboard and mouse which I recived defective product on 27th November and same day I make replacement till date I have not recived refund or exchange of product last Sunday I spoke to customer care thay schedule return on 18th dec . Till date return not pick up so I request to refund my amount as soon as possible and whenever you free pick up your item.

Recently I purchased 2 wireless key board and mouse of HP and Acer. Acer wireless keyboard and mouse were received without dongke essential for wireless products. I have complained and return the product. Second time also it received without dongle. I have to return it.
HP keyboard is not working (v key) when I use it only for second time. The time period for return the product expired.
Such thing do not expect from a company like Amazon.. I am really disappointed and harashed. What I can do now?
