Being someone suffering from eye fatigue and headache working on laptop for long hours in a work from home setup, I was searching for a monitor. My criteria was simple, A display having eye protection or minimal impact to eyes. Based on internet reviews I chose this monitor despite the price being on a slightly higher compared to competition.
After 2 days of usage I like
1) Matte finish screen reduces blue light
2) Diffrent modes to support coding, reading, standard etc
3) Good noise cancelling microphone and speakers (I only use them for office calls purpose)
4) Auto brightness sensor
5) Supports Daisy chaining and USB C connectivity with reverse charging of laptop
6) Supports various adjustments with a good sturdy stand for proper viewing
7) Except bottom, other 3 sides have less bezels
Dislikes
1) Screen can feel bit blurry due to low PPI
2) Though it’s flicker free display but being a lcd display you might notice very slow flickers if you watch it very closely but not noticable generally.
3) No HDR video streaming support and 100hz refresh rate doesnt feel making any difference.
I am happy with the product as it serves my purpose for reading/coding and official usage. Highly recommended for people like me.
People who want monitor for designing, content creation, entertainment or gaming may go for other products.

Very easy to set up and use. 100Hz refresh rate. Can be tilted however you want it to be tilted. Also offers vertical rotation, you can change it in the settings. Also offers a free app that you have to download from their website which tells ideal lighting in the room and tells you via its sensors if the light is too less. Can also remind you through that app to get off the screen for a while. Has built in speakers. Offers Type C connectivity and downstreaming. Resolution is wonderful, no issues. Offers blue light blocking. 2 USB ports are also there and one type C along with other ports that a monitor usually has. Very satisfied with it.

Excelente monitor, conecta perfecto con mi MacBook M1, tienen para conectarse con cable C si no cuentas con adaptador o también por HDMI. El tamaño se me hace perfecto y la calidad está muy bien. Las bocinas están bien pero yo lo conecto a otra bocina externa para mejorar la calidad del audio. Otro punto a favor es que puedes girarlo de forma vertical y me sirve perfecto para trabajar para mis formatos de diseño. Sin duda una muy buen compra, si lo vale por el precio, además llego antes de lo previsto y es muy fácil de instalarlo, recomendado.

Great value as part of the Amazon 2nds programme was in perfect condition.
Monitor itself is bright with good colours and the versatility of the stand makes this perfect for the home office. Bought it because it’s 65w pd via usb-C and it makes a lot of difference in a small office space at home.

Recived in good condition. Doing my office work regularly. But also good for movies and games. Build quaily is always great in Benq. Picture quality is good compared to LG monitor.

I am not sure if other reviews written are true. Got the monitor today and setup with my laptop. Text quality is extremely poor. Tried all kind of troubleshooting like different laptops, connecting to provided/other HDMI cables, checking with usbc connectivity. But no luck. As a programmer, biggest USP I was looking for was text sharpness. It’s not something very bad e.g. if I show it to my dad, he won’t notice much difference but as a person who continuously work on computers, it’s really bad. Similarly for picture quality which is not great. Hope I got defective piece and now trying to reach to Amazon for replacement.

I purchased this 24inch monitor on Feb-25. Build quality and appearance is great. I don’t use the eyecare features as they won’t help much because Im doing US shift. I simply just put the contrast to zero and brightness to 15. This monitor good for IT – support work from home setup. If you have more budget, go for 2k monitor. But this is a good monitor with all necessary features. And FYI , 24 inch screen is really big. Don’t go for 27 or 32 for IT support work.

I’ve only been using the BenQ GW2786TC (White) monitor for 2 days, but so far, I’m very impressed – especially as a developer.
What I loved right away:
✅ Crystal-clear IPS Display: The colors are vibrant with excellent sharpness for text. Coding is super comfortable on this 27″ screen.
✅ 100Hz Refresh Rate: Makes scrolling through code or webpages feel smooth and fluid. Didn’t expect to enjoy this as much!
✅ USB-C with 65W PD: A big plus – charges my laptop and transmits display/audio with one cable. Clean setup, no clutter.
✅ Eye Comfort Features: Low blue light, flicker-free screen, and the Coding Mode really reduce strain. I worked for hours without the usual fatigue.
✅ Adjustable Stand: Easy to adjust height and tilt to get a perfect ergonomic angle.
✅ Daisy Chain Ready + USB Hub: Future-proofed for dual monitors. Love the flexibility.
Minor Notes:
⚠️ Full HD on 27″ is fine for coding, but designers may prefer higher resolution.
⚠️ The white finish looks premium, though it may need more cleaning over time.
Overall:
Even after just 2 days, I can tell this monitor is built for productivity and comfort. If you’re a developer or someone working long hours on a screen, this is definitely worth considering. Looking forward to using it more!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I was looking for an eye care monitor. Initially I was more aligned towards Dell. I realised after my thorough research based on my requirement, found BenQ has very good expertise in monitor segment perticularly eye care. Before that I hardly heard about BenQ. Surprisingly I took decision to go with BenQ and based on my initial review I am completely satisfied with the purchase (for long hours working professionals not for gaming and those required color accuracy). It has sturdy, robust stand. Happy with blue light filters and other eye care technology. Big plus is USB type C both for charging- works very good and display. Display look is premium and you won’t feel any colour accuracy issue in normal usage. Ergonomic alignments, mic and speakers make it a perfect package for working professionals reducing strain and increase efficiency. Only bothered about service centres although 3 years warranty provided as these are tend to be associated with third parties.
