Got installed quickly. Then I scanned external HDs – Found 2 trojans (which Windows Defender wasn’t able to all along 😛). Also good value for money — At this price point, I’m getting 3 devices for 3 years!
Couple of (minor) complaints, though:
# Installs the annoying VPN — I uninstalled it (there should’ve been a option while installing itself)
# If I disable web security, it keeps shows warning — it shouldn’t (it’s my choice that I don’t want my AV to scan my web results)

I’ve been using Bitdefender Total Security for the last 5 years. It offers an extensive suite of security features, doesn’t slow down the system, is reasonably priced and allows to protect multiple devices as well. Overall, one of the best security software for Windows devices.

Once you are done setting this up, it won’t bother you again for anything. It notifies you what threats were detected and what action was taken (based on your settings) and will automatically prevent opening of any malicious web pages and will warn you of potentially harmful sites. Its cleaning rate was better than all AVs in 2017-18 and it really is a great complete product.
Some good features I liked were –
safe files – (to keep important files safe from any unauthorized changes. even from ransomwares).
ransomware remediation – automatically reverses any encryption/damage done by ransomwares.
safe browsing – which will check if your search results are all safe to visit as you browse.
safe pay – a feature for safer payments.
VPN – with daily 200MB limit (but you cant select servers to connect to unless you buy VPN premium).
vulnerability scanner – notifies about your pending OS updates or if your wifi passwords are weak.
password manager – one password to rule them all and its safe.
It of course comes with a decent configurable firewall. Auto updates virus definitions in the background. Also has profiles for gaming/movies/work etc. Has other features like file encryption, data protection, webcam protection, parental control, one click optimizer, startup optimizer, disk cleanup and even anti theft.
Overall, this is a really great package.

I have been using bitdeffender total security since 2015, it’s a great antivirus software coupled with internet protection. If you spend a lot of time on net you need this.
This version works on 3 device you need to create a bitdeffender account enter code then just download or link the bitdeffender to your account. you can use it on windows, Android or Mac. I have been using this on my desktop win os, laptop win os and my android cellphone. It makes the cellphone lag but works fine on windows.
Note: once you activate the code the countdown timer for expiry begins for all 3 devices.
Lastly this is the best deal available in the market at the moment. I did some research and in local store the same plan costs more.

I had researched almost all top antiviruses; this is the best with the price and functionality. No second thoughts, go for it. It also offers free VPN. For PCs/Laptops with Windows 8/10/11 only, any version lesser than this might face a slowdown of your machine. Although my device is 12 GB Ram,1 TB HDD Windows 10. It will run smoothly on any machine with 4GB and above RAM

I don’t think Bitdefender needs an introduction, but for the new users out there – it is the best antivirus, tested by industry experts and proven over years of consistent performance. As someone who works in the IT Security Field, I can certainly vouch for it, not only because of all the reviews and tests but also as a user of almost 5 years. BD Total security is their top of the line product, offering additional features apart from the normal antivirus functions.
Coming to the product, it was delivered within 2 days just as it was shown while ordering. It doesn’t have CD included and you’ll be getting a carton as shown in the pictures. 3 year key valid for 3 devices will be inside it. Though it says 2017, it will work for 2018 too, valid for the next 3 years from the date you activate it.
Activation went smooth for me as I already had a trial version of BD TS 2018 installed. Just had to type in the key and it was all good. Same key can be used for 2 more devices under the same account. So if you have more than one PC then it’s the best deal you’ll ever get.
Initially there was a confusion as I thought the characters printed outside the cover was they key and it showed error. Actual key is inside the folded brochure.
