My product was defective –
Chair serves the purpose when it comes to comfort and lumbar support.
However, installation is a pain. Holes are not aligned. So it clearly depicts the low quality test that they perform. In fact, this is the reason they also sell a separation installation service. This is sad practice and they should rectify it.
I was able to install myself but it took a lot of effort in aligning the holes.
Gaps –
Bought this chair month back. It’s very sturdy and quality is great. If you’re looking to buy for your office or for your kids study chair then you can consider buying his chair.

Nice quality chair. The footholders however are very easily damageable, from constant use, so better to get some cloth strap footholders in addition
