Bought this chair from MyFrido’s website itself. Delivery was on time and DIY assembly was pretty straight forward. I used the chair for 3 days and on the fourth day, the chair started sweaking A LOT. To the point where if i fidgeted ever so slightly, it would sound like my cat when she’s ill. Not value for money. Back support is pretty good. But quality is just not it.
Credit where it’s due though, MyFrido’s customer support was very helpful and understanding. Accepted a return and gave my money back.

I would rate this chair a 3 star majorly because of the quality at this price. It’s clearly over priced w.r.t. the overall quality. I just bought it in the name of Frido as I have been using their pillows for quite some time and it’s really good, but not really satisfied with the chair.
The best part of this chair is – Very easy tool free assembly, back support and extended seat which is really helpful as extended thigh support for tall people.
What is not good – Quality is just OK, should have been priced around 8-9k. Arm rest is just one dimensional and moves only up and down. Arm rests are very hard for long time use.

Not at all good for a person with height 5’10”. There is practically no thigh support. You’ll feel like you are falling.
