Box was already opened. The wheel brand is of “Regal” and hydraulic unit is of “Modtech”. I just want to confirm that these are orignal and come with “ATOM GREEN SOUL” chair. Because box was already opened. When I asked him about it, they told we have checked properly at our store so it was open.

The screws fell off within a week. I could not screw again as the threads seems to be not catching. I reported and they promptly sent me new back with good threads and new bolts. It fitted well. I commend their service. The chairs are very comfortable and the best office chair that I have ever bought.

After using this product for more than a year, I believe I’ve enough data points to add to this review.
1. Within 15 days, 2 of the 5 wheels broke. I chose to order new set of wheels which I like instead of requesting the same cheap quality wheel set from the seller
2. The cushion lost its firmness within 4 months. I agree I’m a heavy man. But other chairs have taken my weight well. Now there is a pothole on the chair with a shape of my bum
3. The fit and finish might look great to the eye, but the experience change when you sit long working hours on the this. It creech, wobble and makes noise. Think I didn’t assemble it correctly?, I disassemble it and assembled it 3 times just to scratch this off
Tl;dr, if you’re looking for a working chair which let’s you concentrate on your work, do not buy this.

The chair is good for the price but the company should emphasize on the build quality of the wheel frame because it bends a little bit if you sit on it for a long time at once.

Best chair in this price range. Installation was easy as the pack contains all the screws, guide booklet and Allen key. As far as comfort is concerned, it’s very good. Good quality seating, back mesh and has a gas canister based height adjust and also tilt backwards.
Arm rest is also sturdy.
