I recently purchased the Green Soul Jupiter Superb chair, and overall, I’m very happy with it. The comfort is excellent, offering great support for long hours of sitting. Assembly was a breeze, and I had the chair set up in no time, which was a big plus.
However, one downside I’ve noticed is the armrest. Itโs a bit stiff, which can be a little uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic chair and definitely worth the investment!

I purchased Jupiter pro for 9k and it is a really really good product. Good comfort. Good adjustments everything made me happy. Just 2 disadvantages which took 1 star away. No 1 being that the handrest wobble a lot . I don’t know why… It was also written in other reviews. Maybe manufacturing problem. Second that they show its backrest is 3 way recline but it is only 2 .. one at 90 and other all the way at 135 .. rest everything is good …finish could have been a little better … My base was a little bit rusty. Thats all. Love using it since last week I got. Will update after a couple of months. Overall worth it .do buy.

Excellent chair.. Great functionality and comfort with a sturdy build. Adjustible arm, head and lumbar support are right in place for long hours of sitting, and the tilt lock mechanish works super smooth.

For a home office chair this is comfortable and stylish enough with a seat wide enough that can slide as well which makes for a good thigh support. Happy with the noiseless movements so far while reclining or moving around, pretty sturdy as well. Has tilt lock feature which is good. The arm rest slider keeps moving forward and backward with a slight force which can be annoying sometimes, would’ve been good if there was a locking mechanism for it. On the costlier side but overall good buy.

Okay, this is a long review, but its only because I had to lose one day’s loss of pay just to get this thing done all by myself out of the sheer disgust of having made the wrong decision to buy this product. I’ll keep the highlights:
1. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER; THEY ARE EITHER CLEARING OUT OLD INVENTORY.
2. The package was left outside my door with the packaging tampered with and the cellotape seal broken, blank carton with no branding, not even Amazon’s. It was only when I got a notification on my phone that I realized that the product had been delivered.
3. ABSOLUTELY LOW GRADE COMPONENTS: Lumbar support? ha! A sad joke! Neck support that is flexible if you want to take a short power nap or a break? ZERO chances. especially when you work for 10+ hours at a stretch.
4. Screws nuts and bolts? rustedโI had to use oil and wait for an hour to lubricate them enough to drive them through and actually build the components
5. If you are a little heavy, good luck trying to settle in and focus on your work during long durations without the wheels slipping around the floor and you having to pull yourself back to your desk, at least twice an hour. AND, if you’re a couple of inches shorter than the average Indian male, good luck trying to rest your head on their headrest.
6. The only reason I could not ask for a refund was because my physiotherapist had said that I needed to maintain spine and neck support throughout the day with immediate effect; otherwise, it would be risking spondylosis or lumbar injuries for the rest of my life. Their delivery timeline was around two weeks, and I could not wait for a replacement, facing bodyaches every day. So I am left with no other choice than to take another leave of absence and go buy a proper product offline and donate this “thing” to my local community club. But the manual was beautifully made, to their credit.
That’s about it for the product.
Now, let’s move on to the famed “Customer Service that even Mr. Bezos supposedly participates in, once a year”…or something like that., that I read a long time ago. Here is a summary of the current customer service:
1. Contacting Support is usually a button on the first fold of a website. Good luck trying to get to a human agent fast enough without the infinite loops of automated bot responses, especially when you need product support or assistance on an immediate basis during your work hours.
2. Customer Support Response: Apparently it was my fault because I did not choose the additional “installation” option for an already expensive product. I would need to contact the vendor because the product is sold by the vendor and Amazon are just a “marketplace”. However, they would try to contact the vendor and try to get support WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY TIME FRAME ABOUT WHEN THIS WOULD BE DONE.
3. I budget approximately 20% of my monthly income on online purchases, all of which has been going to Amazon since I made my first purchase when Redmi 1 first came to India. For obvious reasons, this spend will now go to other online marketplaces; i’ll keep my Amazon account only for nutritional supplements and peripheral electronic gadgets, selling which, no doubt, they are good at.
4. To Amazon Customer Service -When you resell a product from another vendor to a customer – the customer is buying based on their trust in YOU!. It is YOU PEOPLE who need to take the responsibility for these things and take action rather than routing an agitated customer to wait time and vendor response. If I bought from a store and the product was faulty, I would not be asking about the manufacturer and go approach them; I would go to the shopkeeper. Learn to own your mistakes.
To readers, sorry for the long criticism, but it is only because of the suffering I had to go through. A local plastic chair would have been a better option.
