Quality is good….can be better. Even though it’s comfortable and has good back support, it lacks neck support. Also I had opted for assembling the chair, but no one arrived. Eventually I had to do it myself. The support staff said kindly call the urban clap guys they will help. So the after sales services are questionable.

Overall happy with yeh chair. The make seems strong and sturdy. The seat base is a good size, the hands are cushioned. The chair offers decent support for the lumbar as well. I have sat for long durations and experienced no discomfort. The only thing to take note of is the seat is a bit high and people who are short may not be able to rest their foot on the floor.

This is my 2nd chair after 4 years. Product is really good, you need to use extra cover to save the Product from unecessary scratch.
Installation is very simple and take just 5 mins.
Same Product brought 4 years back during covid still in use without any major issues. Hope the 2nd chair also be issue free in future.
