Good quality, observed speed is little slow, good ink, print quality us very good. Instalation is also easy . But the gift for rs.299 (smart fire bolt watch) still not received from HP, REPETEDLY ASKED TO SEND INVOICE WHICH WAS SENT 5 TIMES. BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED THE WATCH. THEY ASKED TO MAKE LOT OF EXERCISE LIKE FILLING FORMS, ASKJNG PRINTING SERIAL NUMBER ETC., BUT STILL NOT SENT THE WATCH.

With purchase of this printer 🖨️ the product is offered with fire bolt watch as add on benefit however there is a tedious process of claim and validation from HP side takes too much of time consumption and why would customer validation is required when purchased via Amazon. It means you don’t trust the customers from the Amazon end and wanted to have revalidation again on purchase. HP takes again sweet time to revert and confirm. My suggestion pls reduce the cost of the product upfront or else provide gift alongwith product which will help Amazon, Customer Experience, HP time save and faster delivery 🚚 thanks not happy overall fyi. I would recommend no one but this product as Amazon and HP does not take responsibility for gift redemption

After reading that it would work with Apple I Pad I purchased this printer and it has been a nightmare. It never printer anything from my IPad or phone. After speaking with HP representatives they gave me the hard run around. The HP service department walked me through at least 4 troubleshooting seminars. Then I had two technicians come to my home with no positive results.
After multiple attempts to rectify the problem no one informed me that this product requires direct line connection to a lap top and does not work with IPad devices. This runaround went on so long that the 14 Day return policy had expired.
I attempted to use the one year warranty and was told that in order for the One year Warranty to take effect and for me to return and refund the unit that I must send the following: 1. A picture of the front of the printer, 2. A picture of the back of the printer, 3. Two denial letters from HP, 4. The technician’s service document. Once I sent everything and HP said they would contact me in 10 business days. 10 business days later no one contact acted me so I called them and they began the runaround again asking for the same information and attempting to make me go through the troubleshooting.
Finally I was told they cannot do anything, it is past the 14 and return policy and the one year warranty does not cover a return and refund of this unit. Due to absolutely absent customer service and lack of honoring their contracts. HP has lost another good customer.

Writing a review after using for more than one month. First of all it’s hassle free now you don’t have to rush to stationary shop for print outs. Rather my kids can do at home as promised with the all inks were supplied. Moreover the gift as shown the smart watch was also delivered with 7 days after approval of the form. I will strongly recommend the purchase it’s value for money. MRP of smartwatch is Rs, 9000. Go for it.

Totally waste of money ,also the hp service experience in a year that’s also worst , you can prefer another printer ,after 6 to 7 thousand print this printer don’t works properly.
