The product’s build quality is great. It’s pretty easy to assemble, and the movement, swivel, etc., are working well. It’s only been a few days, so fingers crossed, I hope it holds up long-term. The only gripe I have is the arm’s design, which concerns cable management. The cables come out of the bottom instead of the top end at the back which puts a lot of strain on the cables when rotating the bottom joint and the plastic holder for the cable on the top joint of the arm is very flimsy.
