They had delivered an open box item to me. Physically the laptop battery looked good and the cover says that it was manufactured in Apr 2024. The product that got shipped appeared different from the product shown in the website. However, it fits my HP Pavillion 14S-CF laptop. Initial impressions are good and the battery seems to be charging well. I will observe this for a few weeks and share my usage related feedback.

Not good backup.

The battery does not provide a reliable backup, has stopped functioning, and has become swollen. It feels comparable to taking a yearly subscription that requires renewal and updates annually.
