The media could not be loaded.
Camera is not working from day one.

Purchased it in June. First of all, bought it as a premium purchase. Had Start up issue it does not come up with pre installed drivers and OS – instalation was in complete.
I contacted Lenovo for Microsoft Office support as it is part of the buy. Lenovo declined they are responsible for only hardware.
In a month’s time SSD failed, I lost all my data :(, after multiple tries, Lenovo changed SSD. However the installed SSD comes with a data security is a question mark. It is unprofessional of Lenovo.

I have using this for 3 weeks and it works totally find. Screen quality and performance of this laptop is awesome. Everything is fine except for the hinges. During this period hinges are loose. But if you want a premium looking laptop with touch screen you can definitely go for this laptop
