Within 6 months of purchase, laptop was not booting and authorised service centre informed it might be because of OS corruption or SDD issue. But when i went to collect back, they told that they have replaced the motherboard. No written communication on what work has been carried out and no proper response from Lenovo India as well.

Got it for 50k after discount and cash back. Superb laptop for the price. It has everything- Nice big display, enough RAM and ROM, fast processor, MS office, good keyboard, decent battery life.
I considered many laptops – Dell, Asus, HP – this one is best value. Go for it

Performance-wise, this laptop is extremely good. The features that come with this laptop, especially with the camera are amazing. I like its solid build quality and colour. It looks premium.
Cons:
I don’t like its weight. Though it is not on the higher side, it feels heavy sometimes. I have to travel with my laptop along with other papers and books.

Loved the product.
The warranty was expired, however, got it back after writing an email to lenovo customer care by sending an image of the e-bill. So far, an excellent product with sturdy built and above average specs.

I am using laptops since last 20 years. I have used Sony, HP, Dell laptops. However purchased 2 Lenovos this time. However, buying Lenovo laptops is a painful experience as there are multiple issues with the laptops. First, headphone jack stopped working, then there was a fan issue and the system was making a lot of noise and now touchpad has stopped working.
