Laptop Speaker is very low

Performance of the laptop is good. The only area which requires improvement is battery back up which last in 4 hours.

The Image shows a backit keyboard but the laptop recieved does not have one. And apparently they neither did not specified having or denying a backlit keyboard so it’s fine to post fake pictures in advertisements. Might well have put up Macbook Pro Image, surely more people would have bought.
