1. Laptop build quality not good. Material use to build laptop low quality. Screen back has dent.
2. Charger heats too much.
3. Premium warranty bundle with laptop but company not ready to fix screen cover dent or replace charger.

This is the best 2 in 1 laptop that one can get in this range. Thanks to Ryzen processor, the battery life is way better than the Intel variants, which are costlier as well. The OLED screen is crisp and clear unlike the Asus laptops which seems a bit over sharpened. For those who are looking for a 2 in 1 laptop within ₹1 lakh range, then go for it without hesitation.

There are 3 reason why I selected this laptop, I’m a fan of Ryzen processor, touch screen and exchange offer.
The order placed on Oct 8th but for dispatching took around 10 days.
Coming to laptop specification & battery backup and display everything looks cool. Do remember the screen size is 14′. Look for mostly 15.6′ size if you are vivid reader. Because it looks small, I used to have a 15.6′.
There is a back panel manufacturing issue ticking noise, hope the issue not with battery enlargement or broken panel inside issue. Anyways I’m keeping it.
Office activation is easy and video also available in Amazon for that. Also remember to get your device register at Lenovo site. Lenovo Extended warranty is low cost while buying it else you need to pay double of price in official site after purchasing.
Lastly It’s showing fixed exchange when I checked but reduced to 20% of actually shown whichever shown. That’s one thing I really don’t like with Amazon.
