My antivirus could not protect me from a virus which harrassed me from 25 November till 2 December until i finally reformatte5my both computer and mobile. I lost data in GBs. I lost my 13 year old main Gmail and facebook account. Gmail account had 14 GB of my personal data and photos and financial documents.
It all started when I installed one software. I though if it’s a virus then my antivirus will protect me. But it did not it just gave me warnings and then whole antivirus stopped working and PC got slow. NPAV help center said that the antivirus is fine you dont need to worry. From 25 December till 2 december every day I changed my password still getting all the information changed and many emails were getting sent from my gmail automatically. Even my 2 factor authentication was getting by passed. At the end I figured it out that a backdoor must be opened and my antivirus is not able to recognize that. But it was too late and hackers changed my recovery email address and removed all the attached mobile numbers on 2 december. It feels like I lost everything and someone else will be living my entire life. I have file a police complaint but have no hope. Please do not buy this product. At the end I called npav. They repeated the same thing. The antivirus is fine.

NPAV is good but due to running it my computer gets very slow and lagging in most of the applications so I have uninstalled it.

Just place the order and within an hour or so you receive complete instructions and details on mail which makes the installation such an easy taks.
