I received the product in super fast time. On opening and setting it all up, I found the system to be not working. When I called the helpline I received a reply that I have exceeded attempts! This is a ploy by company to mislead the customer since it was a Saturday and call centre works on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm only. What I can’t understand is why a reply that the call centre does not work on holidays be generated? I sent a mail and there was no response even after week end was over. Ultimately with great difficulty a complaint was lodged through helpline but technical engineer did not visit even after a week had passed. Luckily mobile number of engineer was shared and after repeated attempts, he attended the call and also visited our home. He informed that the adapter for cables was not working. He also said that first display on the monitor with pink background instead of blue or white background indicated faulty cables or adapter problems. I bought a new cable the next day and system is now working. I had explained the problem in my email but company had arranged for return of CPU. Even if they had taken the CPU for testing they would have found that CPU is ok. They specifically told me not to send the accessories like cable when the fault was in cables and adapter only! I am writing this long review only to help buyers in future. I also wish to suggest to the company to buy standard accessories like cables and not use local or substandard cables, adapters etc. QC should check accessories also apart from CPU and Monitor before dispatch. I have incurred additional expenditure though the engineer has dais that he would place order for a new cable. Warranty says that accessories are not covered and hence company should provide standard accessories.

The CPU does not work. To make matters worse there is no option to return the product if it is not working. The only option is to call the Sellers helpline number or email them to repair or replace the item. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the seller to replace the faulty CPU.
