I got the damaged product.. there were prominent scratches on laptop upper lid and even the touchpad was not working properly.. doing work on windows but lost support when started an application.. and no replacement providing now.. I contacted customer care 3 to 4 times.. every time they ensure there will be a pick up.. but my 1st pick up was refused saying you didn’t mentioned any damage the picking up man was so harsh and today I didn’t reschedule product return but got the call that I rescheduled the return.. So many issues I’m facing.. lost hope.. EARTH’S MOST CUSTOMER CENTRIC COMPANY is not helping me now.. what do I do now
