It is received in good condition and working fine. Monitor looks new however cpu, monitor and mouse has usage marks.

Poeples , don’t buy any renewed products or fresh products from amazon, before they provide best services, but now it gone very worst, I bought one laptop and one desktop both are not working properly, and some it’s parts are missing, I tried many more times to return or replace my product , return is not available , and replacement process is too hard, still now the damaged product is along with me, I couldn’t take a replacement order.
