Delivered in time and ahead of schedule. Packaging is fine. The item is as described and the quality of product is good and value for money. Core i5 processor clearly an asset at this price range and has already showed in terms of its performance and speed. I am a multi tasker and would be running several processes/ programmes at any given time and am happy with the performance. This is only day one review and I hope it will stay that way. Overall, a good product.

I read the reviews and purchased this system for my sons online classes. Multiple issues.
1. First delivery – The missed to send power cord for monitor, I was transferred to 4 people and still they didnt know how to solve the issue
2. They replaced the machine. As u see, the grill of the cpu is broken, but I though, it shld be o.k, as its very minor.
3. The machine is so slow that, it takes 3 mins for the chrome to open. Once its open, everything goes well
4. Frequent internet disconnection. Not sure the reason, I tried multiple ways, but it keeps happening and my sons classes r getting disturbed.
Wud return it.
