Not much to say about it. It works and does not freeze. Would buy again.
Not that sturdy. Door is not that smooth. But the main issue I faced was that they dont provide with any instrcution manuals and its tricky to assemble the parts. Hope you guys provide with instruction manual next time –

I recently purchased this product to expand my storage after my iPhone 14 filled up. Unfortunately, it has not lived up to my expectations.
The first issue I encountered was with the software. After installing it, I attempted to transfer my photos and videos, which totaled about 450 videos. However, the process was frustratingly flawed. When I selected all my videos at once, it would only copy 10-15 before displaying an error message saying it couldn’t process the rest. It seems the software struggles with large batches, forcing you to select and transfer smaller groups of files repeatedly, which is time-consuming and inconvenient.
Additionally, the build quality of the product is disappointing. At this price point, I expected a more premium feel, but the materials used don’t seem sturdy or durable.
Given these issues, I’m seriously considering returning the product. It’s far from what I anticipated for the price.
Transfer speed it okayish. Not bad but not good either.

opened package, plugged in device, downloaded iXpand drive App from App Store and….
Storage device firmware updated, photo back up completedfor 1745 files (photos and videos) of size 13 GB in ~30min. All the while I was doing something else.
Even better, photos backed up where organised in folder structure of year and month. (Bliss moment)
Usually something like this takes a lot of effort, focus and time.
Excellent utility for anyone looking to simplify backing up iPhone photos, videos and contacts.
Purchased : 24 Nov 2024 for 6500₹.

Apple sells the same one on they’re website, I find it easy to use, I had over ten thousand photos and videos so it took like 6 hours to back up everything, so make sure you have full batter or have a wireless charger around. People are saying the app is discontinued, and the new one sucks. True… however in an effort to make it more user friendly im sure they will add all of the great features the current app has and more. Either way this product does what it says. and you really dont need the app, all you do is back up everything on the flashdrive then you can transfer to the computer or ipad or whatever. I can now free up storage on my iphone and also stop paying apple 4 bucks per month for extra icloud storage.
