Bought – 28 July 2023.
The projector started to show some problems in March 2024. The video became black while in the middle of some movie while the audio was working fine. I raised a ticket to Wzatco on March 18 2024 . At first they were not hesitant to accept this projector. The service centre is in Banglore, so I had to send this product to their service centre in Banglore from NCR. Upon asking multiple times they arrange some pickup service. The pickup from my place was completed on 01 April 2024. They kept my projector till 18 April 2024. I asked them multiple times about what is the problem regarding my projector what is the root cause and what are they trying to do to avoid such problems in future. But they didn’t have any positive response. All they kept on saying “Your projector is currently in our service room. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive any information or updates from our technical team.”
They sent me back my projector on April 18th and I recieved it on 20th April 2024. But the situation has worsened. The projector is not even starting now.
This is pathetic from Wzatco.
I have received my projector from your service centre. But instead of fixing the projector, you guys have worsened the situation. Earlier (before sending the projector to banglore) the projector used to start in a normal fashion and we were able to see the video and listen the audio. The issue was that sometimes while running the video used to stop and the display becomes black. Although the audio was fine.
I have opened my projector and tried to switch it ON. But its not even getting started. When I click on the power button the projector starts and then goes OFF.
I demand to either get this fixed or get this projector replaced. This is highly unprofessional from a prestigious organisation like Wzatco.

My suggestion: Please do not invest your time and money on this product. This cost around 25-26k atleast. You can add some more and get a decent TV. The tv will have a longer shelf life. Probably the service will also be good. And you will be free from all the mental stress and harassment which I’m going through right now.

The projector purchase was long due for me as the budget and features were not getting balanced. But after a good research I decided to buy smart Wzatco alpha-2 model. The purchase came with delight – all the expectation correctly met as specified by the manufacturer
– superb built quality
– accurate auto-focus/key-stoning
– sharp colours
– apt brightness even with illuminated room/no need for an absolute darkness
– great HD pictorial quality till the edges/no distortion
– apt in built nice quality sound
– simple/easy to understand user interface and settings
– wireless laptop connectivity using miracast
– sensitive remote control
– very importantly very useful bag-pack for safe carrying and storage of the product.
Only one thing missing is obstacle detection which is not big issue and easily manageable.
We are using this product for quite sometime now and confidently confirm that this product is highly recommended at the given price-point and with the given features. Really a best buy decision.

After weeks of research I finally purchased the CE projector. The key features that swayed me towards CE were:
1. Closed engine system-dust proof, hence no hassle of cleaning. Closed engine projectors are also supposed to have a longer life as the components used are of higher quality to reduce heat.
2. Auto focus/keystone and object avoidance all of which simplifies the set-up process.
3. Elegant look and form factor. Definitely not the lightest projector but most closed engines weigh on the heavier side.
The picture quality and audio is good for its price. I’d however recommend purchasing a tv stick to enhance the viewing experience. I’m overall glad with this purchase.

I got this projector for around 18k
Pros:
Looks cute.
Auto focus and auto key stone is working fine.
Picture quality is good.
Brightness is good.
Connection by Bluetooth and HDMI is simple.
Closed optics hence no issue of dust inside lease.
Cons:
Can not adjust the angle of projection as this is a table top projector, you have to have a table of desired height OR you need to mount it on wall.
Sound quality is not great, external home theater is must.
Only one HDMI port, can not connect HDMI arc music system and fire TV stick at the same time.
You tube app works fine. Could not login to Amazon prime, a fire TV stick is must for this projector.
Weight wise heavy due to sealed optics.. but not a major concern.
Summary:
Good Product.. however recommend to go for Wzatco Alpha X OR Wzatco Neo if “Dust Proof” feature is not the priority

Received the Wzatco alpha 2 projector last week with neat package and well designed backpack! Being new to projector world, Used only couple of times this week for short time but overall setup with wifi was quick and watching experience was really pleasant. Nice colour reproduction (vivid colors along with good brightness) with 1080p native resolution out of the box with surprising good sound from inbuilt speakers (Certainly need firestick for 4K soundbar for theater like experience). Couple of glitches with auto-focus not happening everytime but can be adjusted manually at anypoint of time! Build quality looks solid and will be updating this feedback over period of time! Definitely recommended for everyone who is looking for great projector below 30K. Good job Wzatco!

I have purchased Wzatco CE for my Kid as Christmas gift. He enjoyed christmas eve a lot with different visuals. Coming to the projector, picture quality is awesome. As of now I projected it on light yellow wall but still picture quality is great. Anyone looking for projector must go with Wzatco CE considering it’s performance is way beyond it’s price.
