Beautiful tablet, super fast, screen is bright and contrasty. You won’t miss OLED at all unless you have cyborg or dungeon dwelling nerd eyes.
Hyper os is fine, it has its oddities (like cannot add links to open with app, an additional option there in most Android forks).
Android is a bit better these days with tablet apps though there’s a long way to go. Simple apps like reddit, twitter, and insta are just not optimized.
The battery life, as pointed out by many reviewers is not the best. I’m limiting charge to 80% to extend battery life. It does lose a lot of charge on standby, not ideal.
It’s the perfect aspect ratio for reading anything. This is the main reason I chose this tablet and I cannot recommend it enough. Reading news, graphic novels, text books, novels etc. is amazing on it.
I wish the accessories were a bit more reasonably priced. Currently it feels like price gouging to offset the great price of the tablet. I have the pen already, and do plan to get the keyboard as I want the full experience of a super portable laptop.

The tab is working phenomenally, display is stunning and the performance is also good compared to other tablet in this price range. For my usage battery life is also good, I’m getting about 2 days of battery life on a single charge. I have purchased the Focus Pen along with the tab so if anyone is looking to use this tablet for note taking, you can absolutely go with this tab.

Xiaomi pad 7 is a great tablet.
Display – 3.2k display with 144hz is best for productivity and watching content or class. 11.2inch squarish is Perfect size. Great Brightness 🔅
Software – android 15 with hyper os 2.0 is smooth. No lag.
Battery – battery is better than a laptop. Minimum drain. Is okey for day to day use.
Camera – it is a tablet so camera doesn’t matter. documents scan and video call ho jayega.
Connectivity – it’s not a 5g. But good connectivity.
Cons : It gets heating problem and then cools down quickly. Ip rating hota to acha hota. Sd card nehi hai. Too expensive accesories. Acha hai buy kar sakte ho. ভালো ভালো

The tab is good although they sent a wrong colour,performance is good games are working on high quality without lag and 4K is also well supported as of now without any lag but xiaomi has a habit of removing 4K after 1 year of use will update on that if anything happens like that but the batter backup is seriously not good it barely last full day without over extensive use,1 hour of gaming will reduce 10-12% of battery it’s been few days only so that’s all a initial experience will update in future if anything changes

Im writing this afer 5 days of usage. Its my first tab so i bought it with lot of expectations and it full filled it very well. I play wuthering waves in it and it works awesome, visuals are amazing. Display is amazing u dont think u need an amoled display, speaker(4) with Dolby Atmos works excellent. Battery last one day for me with a screen on time of 8:30 – 9 hrs with 3 hrs game ,2 hr youtube and video class. What i feel is that battery is somewhat okish only but otherwise its an excellent tab just go with it if ur looking for an tab that want to perform in all aspects .

Overhyped. Not worth it.
It does not have sim so you always have to stick with your wifi. It seems fine but believe me it’s a real pain. If you are looking for media consumption then don’t go for it I bought a 256 GB variant and it’s not worth the money. Go for some cheaper options with a micro SD slot. If you are buying for performance then don’t even think of it. If you are okay with an external hard drive then go for an ipad 10th gen it will perform better than this. If you are looking for a gaming tab. The battery will disappoint you. I have tested it and the battery drains very quickly.
I purchased it for working on it instead of a laptop and I am regretting my decision. It has a keyboard worth of 9k but it is not launched yet. I am waiting for a keyboard to be available in India. God knows when it will be available. I will also update once it is available.
If someone is buying it just for overhyped Hypers OS just like I did. Believe me it’s not worth it. In workstation mode You can Open 4 apps but can’t place wherever you want like a laptop. Video calls in WhatsApp have orientation issues.
I just wanted to say it’s overhyped. Xiomi really invested so much money in paid marketing on YouTube.
If you are looking for media consumption GO for any Budget tab with sim and SD card slot.
If you are a student who wants to take notes n all go for Samsung it has better eco system and app support and you don’t have to waste 6k to buy a pen.
If you want performance blindly go for I pad no one can match its performance.
